Götz is a mechanical engineer and has many years of professional experience in process technology and in setting up highly sensitive optical measuring devices. At Smarterials, he handles all engineering tasks with regard to the production of medical gloves.

Evelyne is a chemical laboratory technician and has experience in dealing with laboratory management for medical devices and standardized development processes. At Smarterials, she organizes the lab and handles the production of samples on the robotic system.

Woo holds a PhD in Polymer Chemistry with 20 years experience in medical gloves research & development, engineering technology and new product introduction.
